The role includes preparing and transporting samples, maintaining field and laboratory equipment, and conducting laboratory analyses. This full-time, 11-month administrative position is responsible for directing the Student Support Services (SSS) program at ANC under the supervision of the Dean of Student Affairs. The SSS Director manages all grant funds and reporting, recruits and supervises program staff, and develops staff orientation and training. The position also oversees program policies and procedures, conducts ongoing program evaluation, prepares budgets in accordance with Federal guidelines, and fosters faculty support and involvement. This full-time, 10-month support position is responsible for managing data and supporting student and community services within the Student Services Department. Under the supervision of the Student Support Services (SSS) Director, the SSS Data Manager maintains secure data management systems, organizes student records and program files, and oversees purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory. The position provides training for TRIO staff on data software, assists with workshops and conferences, and develops outreach materials across print, radio, and electronic media. The SSS Data Manager also manages the program’s electronic media presence and helps students with account setup and orientation to educational software platforms.

This temporary, part-time position (20 hours per week) is responsible for preparing and serving pre-packaged foods for ANC students and staff. The Food Service Preparer works Monday–Thursday, typically between 10 a.m. and 2 or 3 p.m., with hours adjusted as needed to align with the academic calendar or campus events. The position maintains records of meals served to forecast needs and minimize waste, works with a supervisor to plan menus and food purchases, and manages food and supply inventory using first in–first out procedures. This full-time, 12-month position provides Level 3 desktop support for all campus computer and network issues under the supervision of the Manager of Information Systems in the IT Department. The role includes supporting operating systems and software such as Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and other commonly used desktop applications. Additional responsibilities include integrating Microsoft Office suite technologies, supporting virtual network integration, and managing troubleshooting tools for diagnosing desktop and laptop issues.
