Aaniiih Nakoda College Newsletter
Fall 2016

Aaniiih Nakoda College's HiSET/GED program is still going strong and looking forward to the start of a new school year. As you may know, the HiSET (High School Equivalency Test) program has been adopted by the state of Montana to replace the GED program. The HiSET has five parts: Language Arts Reading, Language Arts Writing, Math, Science and Social Studies. Each part is multiple choice, and the Language Arts Writing section also includes a writing component.

ANC's HiSET instructor, Carlos Morales, teaches HiSET classes at ANC in Nakoda Hall on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Carlos teaches HiSET classes at the John Capture Center in Hays, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

All HiSET classes and in-class resources are free, and there are plenty of opportunities to qualify for free HiSET testing. Please share this information with your friends and family members who might be interested in this wonderful opportunity. For questions, please contact Carlos Morales at (406) 353-2607 or cmmorales@ancollege.edu.
